Student Sendoff

Orchestrated by local alumni chapters across the country, this event provides incoming first-year students and their parents with an opportunity to get to know others from their region who will be attending PSU this fall. In July the Penn State Central Maryland Alumni Chapter invites all students and parents of incoming freshmen from the Central Maryland region to an August gathering that features ice-breakers, trivia, swag bags, refreshments, and an opportunity to mingle and get to know one another and network with our board member volunteers (i.e. engineers, marketers, educators and more) before classes begin.
